Week 2 Down.....Lets get ready for Week 3


So my 2nd week did not go as planned. I was able to workout last Monday (1/14) but after that unfortunately, I started to get sick. I was out for days feeling absolutely terrible and was not able to workout the rest of week 2 and not happy about it. I was afraid of the setback I would experience and was a little down.....and I let that mess with my mind. I had a few moments during week 2 where I def. did not even think or care about what I was eating. (ugh not good)

By the end of the week I found myself slowly coming out of this cloud of sickness lol and really missing The WorX bootcamp classes. I had to just let go of any negative messages I was filling my head with. I've dusted myself off.......and my mind is like GO!




Its now officially Week 3 of my 60 Day Journey. Class today was a bit difficult. I still have a little cough that is lingering around....but my mind is clear. I am so ready to kick ass in bootcamp and get back to planning my meals for the week. Week 1 went so well for me and I want to get back to that. I have goals that I want to reach so staying focused is a must.

I love having my fellow Journeyfolk in class, especially Hector and Nathalie. They definitely motivate me :) And thanks Flo (coach) for sending me messages and checking in on me. 

Looking forward to Week 3!!!!
