Don't lose momentum!!!

Since starting my 60 day journey....I am so much stronger! My body is ready to take it to the next level and pick up the intensity. I am so proud of myself and my fellow journey folks because we have kicked some serious butt!

I feel much better about myself and am more confident in my ability to achieve the goals I have set for myself. I think what has really changed for me is that I know I can do it. I no longer carry any reservations about my abilities. Regarding nutrition: I have had my good days and bad days but I never let that stop me. Compared to where I was when I started there have been significant changes with what I now eat and drink. This is evident in my amazing results :)  I have been able to reach  a couple of the goals I has set in mind when I first started.

1-I have a pair of jeans that I love and have not been able to get into and now they FIT :) and are actually a little bit loose :)
2-complete 20 regular push-ups without stopping and I can do it :)

Although we are approaching the end of the Journey in  a couple weeks....this is def. not the end for me. I plan to continue my 5 weekly workouts.

Upcoming challenges: I have had the privilege of having my summer off which really helped me focus on my journey. All good things must come to an end unfortunately. Monday (tomorrow) I go back to work. I am not sure how this will affect my progress. I will need to put more effort with planning out my snacks/meals. Working at a high school let me tell you there are some days where you barely get time to eat lol. As a counselor I am dealing with so many things and I just know that once school gets going my days can get super busy so I have to make sure that I have healthy snacks in my office. I would actually prefer snacks that do not require refrigeration as I do not have a personal one in my office.

I refuse to lose momentum!
